One bedroom available in a 2 x 2! Bedroom comes with its own bathroom. The room is unfurnished and located on the first floor in a really nice neighborhood.

I’m looking for a 👩 female roommate. Senior, graduate, or professional preferably. no smoking, no couples, no pets. I’m pretty chill, goofy and down to earth. I don’t have parties and I’m respectful of others space and belongs.

The rent includes cable, washer/dryer, 🌊 water, pest, and trash. I have accounts already setup for 💡electric and internet that are separate. There is an application/new roommate non-refundable fee ($125) required from the leasing office. If you make less than 3x the rent, there would need to be a security deposit. The lease is until the end of June.
